Shipping Information

At The Bedroom Space, we ship your order using the safest, fastest and most reliable methods possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery and freight carriers nationwide. Due to the size of our orders, we generally use ground carriers.

When your order ships, we will notify you of all carrier and tracking information as well as the estimated delivery date and time via email. After an order is placed, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process and leave the warehouse. Once it has been picked up by one our shipping companies, delivery is usually made between 10-14 business days. We encourage you to track your packages either online or though the carrier's phone service. Contact us at 1-888-458-5582 for assistance in tracking your package. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

In the event that you desire the products quickly, we, in most cases, are able to accommodate you. Please contact us regarding expediting shipping fees.

How will my order ship?

We offer 4 different shipping methods.

Small Parcel

We generally ship smaller, lighter items through FEDEX, UPS, DHL or USPS. Usually, these items will arrive between 2-5 business days after they leave the warehouse. We do require a signature for these types of deliveries unless requested otherwise by the customer.

Truck Freight

Most of our items are too big or too heavy to ship using a small parcel carrier. Therefore, we ship most of our larger products using a freight carrier.

Unlike parcel carriers, our freight companies will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please understand that these are estimated times and we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered in the designated window. Most freight items will arrive 5-15 days after they leave the warehouse. In addition, with most of the freight companies, you are able to track the shipment online using the tracking number they give you.

The delivery company will do their best to notify you if the delivery window changes. In addition, please note that any missed deliveries may incur additional redelivery fees.

Items delivered via truck freight must be inspected at the time of delivery. If the box or package is slightly damaged at the time of delivery, please write "packaged damaged" on the Proof of Delivery sheet and accept the package. If your package has significant damage, please refuse delivery of the package and notify us immediately.

If you did not notice any damage to the packaging but noticed damage to the product while inspecting it in your home, please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy for more details.

Freight Back Of Truck

In the rare instances that we use this type of shipping method, the delivery company will contact you with a typical 2-4 hour window for delivery. The driver will arrive at your home and you will be responsible for moving and carrying the product from the back of your truck into your home. If you ordered a very large item, please keep in mind that you might need additional people to help you unload and carry the item. Most truck companies offer additional services to help you move the packages from the truck into your home. Once you receive your tracking information, you can contact the shipper and/or shipping company directly to inquire about additional fees and services. These are fees imposed by the shipping company and not by The Bedroom Space.

White Glove Service-Classic

With this method of delivery, the freight company will give you the typical 2-4 hour delivery window. The delivery company will then deliver your products to your front door or garage. If you would like additional services, please contact the shipping company directly. Please note: If you have stairs or do not have a freight elevator for delivery, the driver will not be able to perform the threshold delivery. If you require additional services, you may upgrade your service by contacting on of our sales representatives at 888-458-5582.

White Glove Platinum

Most of our items ship via white glove platinum service, our premier delivery service. There is no need to do anything other than be available to open the door when the delivery company arrives. The 2-man shipping crew will deliver the products into your house and carry them up or down up to two flights of stairs if necessary. Once the product is in the room of your choice, the shipper will unpack the product and do a basic setup of the product. They will also remove and dispose of all debris and packaging if requested by the customer. Please note: If you have more than two flights of stairs an additional fee will apply.

Free Shipping

In order to make your shopping easy and enjoyable, our listed prices already include FREE ground SHIPPING to anywhere in the continental United States. There is an additional fee to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories. You should beware of retailers that hide their fees and shipping charges. At The Bedroom Space, we will never surprise you with any hidden charges or fees. The price you see when you check out is the price you pay.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

At The Bedroom Space, we offer you the ability to easily send separate items within the same order to separate addresses. For each item in your shopping cart, you can designate a specific shipping recipient. Call us for assistance with this process.

Shipping International

Orders can be shipped to destinations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories can be accommodated through additional fees. Please call for pricing 1-888-458-5582.

Shipping to Canada

The Bedroom Space is proud to offer free shipping to Canada. We do not charge any additional fees for crossing the border with the exception of the Canadian Taxes, Duties and Broker Fees. We have our own customs broker and we take care of all of the paperwork for you and taxes.

The Canadian taxes are GST. GST is a 5 percent tax while the Duty is an additional 9.5 percent. Sometimes the province you live in might charge an additional tax such as HST. The Broker’s fee is a flat $95.00 fee to process all of the paperwork.

Platinum Delivery is NOT available for our Canadian Deliveries. When item is listed with Platinum Delivery, Classic Delivery will be substituted for the order.
